We want you to be completely satisfied with your Yon-Ka Paris skincare experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from yonka.com, we offer a 30-day return policy for products in their original, unopened condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Customer Experience team via email or our online contact form within 30 days of your order delivery to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send your return package using a traceable shipping method to the address provided by our support team; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
